Lemon Pepper Chicken

1 lb chicken breasts

1 lemon

salt and pepper to taste

Does it get simplier? I butterfly each chicken breast first. This is a personal liking, you don’t have to do this step if you don’t want to. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over your chicken breast and massage in salt and pepper to your liking. Grill, bake or air fry until the interal temperature reaches 165 degrees. (I prefer my chicken over cooked so I like an internal temperature of 180 degrees, it’s a texture think!)
