Chicken Wing Pasta
1 lb chicken
1 box protein pasta
1 small pkg cottage cheese
1 bottle of Wild Wing Sauce (we used southwestern ranch, garlic parmesan is good too)
Feta
Cucumber & Tomatoes
Cook pasta according to directions. Reserve 2 cups of pasta water.
Cook chicken with desired spices (I used garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper).
Slice cucumber and tomatoes (and any other veggie like red onions) and set aside.
To a blender add cottage cheese, 1 bottle of Wild Wing sauce, and 1 cup of pasta water.
Mix all ingredients to the cooked pasta (includingthawed, cooked chicken from freezer) and with the 1 cup of pasta water left over, add until you get the desired creaminess.
